The Winter Garden Warthogs Defeat the Sanford Monarchs fourteen to seven, handing the Monarchs their first loss of the season.

Nathan Harris showed timely hitting on Monday, driving in four runs on two hits to lead the Warthogs over the Monarchs. Harris, Jason Colangelo, Enrique Tanimowo-Reyes, and Victor Wilburn each had multiple hits for the Warthogs. The Warthogs collected fifteen hits and the Monarchs with nine hits in this high scoring game.

The Sanford Monarchs scored three runs in the fifth inning, with a single from Nathan Nogueras. Noguearas went two for two at the plate to lead the Monarchs in hits.
